When will my pre-order ship?
Our first batch of Wool Sauna Bench Pads ships early October. You’ll be charged at checkout and receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

We will fulfill all orders placed by 2pm CST the same day, Monday through Friday. Often times we will fulfill orders the same day during the weekend, as well, but there are no guarantees. We use fulfillment by Amazon. Typically, orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days, but some times sooner.
