Our 30-Day Return Policy
We want you to genuinely love your Halsa purchase. If something isn't right — the fit, the look, or just a change of mind — we'll make it right within 30 days of delivery.
The Short Version
- 30 days from the day your order is delivered
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- We provide a prepaid return label for US customers
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your return
- No restocking fees, no return fees — we keep it simple
How to Start a Return
Email support@shophalsa.com with your order number (you'll find it in your order confirmation email) and a quick note about why you're returning. We'll reply with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions within 24 hours, usually faster.
You don't need to give a reason. "It wasn't the right fit" or "I changed my mind" is enough. We're real people on the other end and we'd rather you have a hat you love than one collecting dust in a closet.
What's Refunded
We refund the full purchase price of the item back to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are also refunded for full-order returns. For partial returns (returning some but not all items), shipping costs are not refunded since the order still shipped.
Exchanges
Want a different style or size instead of a refund? Easy. Just mention what you'd like in your return email and we'll set up the exchange. There's no extra shipping charge for an even exchange within 30 days of your original order.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your hat arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, send a photo to support@shophalsa.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost. You don't need to ship the original back — just confirm it with a photo and we'll handle the rest.
What's Not Returnable
To keep things hygienic and fair to other customers:
- Items that have been worn in a sauna or washed
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Final sale or clearance items (these are clearly marked at checkout)
- Items damaged from improper care (see our care guide for how to wash wool sauna hats correctly)
International Returns
We currently ship only within the United States. If we expand internationally in the future, return policies for international orders will be posted here.
How Long Refunds Take
Once we receive your return at our fulfillment center, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take an additional 2–7 business days to post the refund to your account, depending on your card issuer.
You'll get an email confirmation once the refund is processed on our end.
