Do I need a sauna hat for an infrared sauna?
A sauna hat is optional. Consider your comfort, the product's intended use, and the sauna manufacturer's guidance. We do not promise a temperature reduction or additional safe session time.
What material is best for a sauna hat?

Should I wear my sauna hat wet or dry?
Start with a dry hat and follow the product's care instructions. Let it dry fully between uses. Wetting a hat is not a substitute for leaving the sauna when uncomfortable.
