How can I make a return or exchange my product?  

Returns: 

We take pride in our products and stand behind our services. We make it a priority to ensure your utmost satisfaction and do our best to handle any matter with fairness and responsibility. We accept returns of unaltered and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. All returns must include original packaging: any boxes, bags, and other packaging materials. Returns on all orders will be subject to shipping and duties.

To complete your return, please send an email to support@shophalsa.com we require an order #, name and reason for return. 

Processing Returns:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or other. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing once any return is received into our warehouse. In the alternative, you may request a store credit at ShopHalsa.com

We recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service so ensure the returned product arrives to Halsa for inspection for your refund.
