Shipping Policy

We want your sauna hat in your hands as fast as possible — because every sauna session you take without one is a session your hair and scalp pay for. Here's exactly what happens after you place your order.

Free shipping on every U.S. order

Every order ships free inside the United States. No minimum, no membership, no fine print. Whether you're picking up a single Bucket Sauna Hat or stocking up on the Merino Wool 2-Pack, the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

How fast we ship

Orders placed before 2pm CST Monday through Friday are fulfilled the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm CST, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays go out the next business day. We often ship on Saturdays and Sundays as well, but we don't guarantee weekend fulfillment.

Once your order leaves the warehouse, typical delivery time is 3–5 business days anywhere in the continental U.S. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories can take a little longer. We ship from multiple U.S. fulfillment centers (we use Fulfillment by Amazon for speed and reliability), so delivery time depends on which center is closest to you.

Tracking your order

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link the moment your order leaves our warehouse. If you don't see it within 1 business day of ordering, check your spam folder first — and if it's still missing, contact us and we'll resend it.

International shipping

At the moment, we ship within the United States only. We know there's strong demand from sauna communities in Canada, the UK, Finland, Germany, and Australia — and we're actively working on international fulfillment for 2026. If you're outside the U.S. and want to be notified when we open shipping to your country, send a quick note through our contact page.

Wrong address or need to change your order?

Because we fulfill so quickly, the window to change an order is short. If you need to update your shipping address, change a size, or cancel, email us within 1 hour of placing the order and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships. After it's handed off to the carrier, we can no longer modify the shipment — but our 30-day return policy still has you covered if anything goes wrong.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but it never arrived, give it 48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early) and check with neighbors. If it's still missing, reach out and we'll file a carrier claim and get a replacement moving. If your hat shows up damaged, send us a photo and we'll send a replacement right away — no need to return the damaged one.
