Do the sauna hats really work?

What size are the hats — will they fit both of us?
Both hats are one-size-fits-most and accommodate head circumferences up to 24" (61cm), which fits the vast majority of adult men and women. If either person's head runs larger, use a soft tape to measure the circumference about an inch above the ears. If both of you are 24" or under, both hats will fit.
Why should I use two hats on rotation instead of one?
Wool sauna hats need to fully air-dry between sessions — otherwise they hold moisture, take longer to reach usable dryness, and don't perform as well thermally. Rotating between two hats means one is always fully dried and ready. If you sauna daily, this makes a real difference. It's the same reason serious runners rotate two pairs of shoes.
Is 2mm thick enough? Some sauna hats are 5mm or 6mm.
Yes, 2mm is the sweet spot for daily sauna use. We tested 6mm during product development and it didn't perform meaningfully better than our 5mm hats — but it was heavier, slower to dry, and more expensive. How do I care for the hats?
Air dry after every session — don't wring, don't machine wash, don't put in a dryer. Wool is naturally antimicrobial, so both hats stay fresh with minimal maintenance. If a hat needs cleaning, spot wash gently with cold water and lay flat to dry. Reshape the brim while damp.
How long will the hats last?
