Refund policy

We want you to love your Halsa sauna hat. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 60 days of purchase for a refund.

To start a return, visit our Returns Center and enter your order number and email. Once your request is approved, you'll receive a prepaid USPS return shipping label. The cost of the return label is deducted from your refund.

Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at any authorized USPS location. After your return is delivered back to us, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within a few days.
